Track your order

Orders on cabletime.in are packed and handed to our courier partner within 2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Delivery time after dispatch depends on your PIN code.

1. Use the tracking link in your email / SMS

As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation to the email and mobile number used at checkout. It contains the courier name, AWB (tracking) number and a direct tracking link.

2. Check it from your account

Log in to My Account with the email used for the order and open the order to see its live status and tracking details.

3. Track on the courier's website

If you have the AWB number, you can also track directly with the courier:

• Delhivery
• Shiprocket (all partners)

Order not moving, delayed or damaged?

Call or WhatsApp us on +91 76760 46852 (Monday to Saturday) with your order number. If the parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, report it within 24 hours of delivery through Register a Claim.

Returns and warranty

To return a product, report a defect or make a warranty claim, use Register a Claim. You get a claim number instantly and can track the claim status on the same page.
